He has held positions including Chairman, CEO, COO, Regional President, and Director, with full P&L responsibility for businesses generating over US$10 billion in annual revenue and 40,000+ employees, across more than 40 countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.
As Chairman and CEO of SLHK Partners, Mike draws on this global operating experience — and his ability to align emerging technologies with business strategy — to help clients navigate complexity, stay ahead of disruption, and unlock sustainable value.
Aron Butcher - Director
With over two and a half decades of leadership as both an industry executive and KPMG consultant, Aron specialises in digital transformation and operating model design across financial services, real estate, and professional services — spanning customer experience, IT management, and change delivery for organisations across major banking, real estate, and media sectors, including ASX-listed financial institutions and property groups.
As Director, he has delivered digital platforms and operating models supporting $10 billion in assets and over $1 billion in revenue, and led cost transformation programs targeting up to $250 million in savings across global teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.
As Director of SLHK Partners, Aron brings the commercial instincts of an operator and the structured objectivity of a consultant — aligning customer strategy to digital and AI capability to build long-term, sustainable advantage.
